Who is responsible for your data
Stride Nurses operates this website and is responsible for the personal data you submit through it. The business is currently pre-incorporation; legal entity details will be updated upon registration. Contact: info@stridenurses.com.
What data we collect and why
When you apply, we collect what you enter in the form, such as your name, email address, phone number, nursing qualification, experience, language levels and availability, and your CV. When you book an intro call, we receive the time you chose and your contact details. When an employer asks for a call, we collect the organisation, contact details and the request. When you ask for our brochure, we collect your name, email address and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number. We use this only to assess applications, arrange and hold calls, send you the brochure you asked for, answer your questions, and keep in touch with you about your application. We do not use it for marketing, and asking for the brochure does not put you on a mailing list.
Who processes your data for us
We use a small number of services to run this website and our application process. Each only receives what it needs. Airtable (Formagrid Inc., USA) stores applications, CVs, call notes and brochure requests. Netlify (USA) hosts this website and runs the programs that process forms; it keeps short-lived technical logs. Resend (USA) sends our emails to you. Calendly (USA) and Google Calendar (Google, USA) handle call bookings, and Google Meet (Google, USA) hosts the video calls. Umami (USA) counts website visits without cookies or personal data. Our email inbox receives copies of applications and CVs. Several of these providers are based in the United States; they process data under the safeguards the GDPR requires for transfers outside the EU, such as the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else without asking you first.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and does not use Google Analytics. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Umami (Umami Software, Inc., USA), a privacy-friendly analytics service. It counts visits without cookies and without storing your IP address or anything else that identifies you; it records the page, the site you came from, your country and the type of device and browser. We also count that the application form was sent or the brochure was requested, but not what you filled in. These figures are only ever looked at as totals.
How long we keep your data
If your application does not go ahead, we delete your data within four weeks after we have told you, unless you agree that we keep it for up to one year in case a suitable position comes up. If your application continues, we keep your data for as long as the process runs. Employer contact details are deleted two years after our last contact. Brochure requests are deleted one year after your last request, unless you apply. If you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can also object to processing or request that we restrict it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@stridenurses.com. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
